As a Chapter 6 Listed REIT (i.e. an internally managed company as opposed to an externally managed fund), Assura is not captured by the Packaged Retail and Insurance-Based Investment Products (“PRIIPs”) regulations and therefore is not required to produce a KID.

Assura’s main listing continues to be on the London Stock Exchange. The secondary listing opens up a new potential pool of capital to support Assura’s future growth plans, giving South African investors a local platform to more easily invest in and trade Assura shares.
