All smiles for Bolton medical building as dental space opens
14 Jul 2017

Our Bolton health centre building is set to ‘open wide’ some of its vacant space – to make way for a new dental practice.

Crompton Health Centre will see part of its first floor area converted into a new dental surgery, run by Park Hill Health Care and Medical Aesthetics Ltd – on top of the centre’s existing health services and general practice for more than 11,000 patients.

The private surgery will offer a full range of dental services including cosmetic dentistry and implants.

Dr Saeid Soleymani from Park Hill says: “We’re very excited to be expanding our offer to local patients in such a great location. This complements our other services here and with more than one in five people (24%) who haven’t booked an NHS dentist appointment recently saying they prefer to see a private dentist, there’s real demand for this option from patients.”

Edward Henshaw, our Senior Portfolio Manager who oversaw the fit-out for the dental practice, says: “Crompton is a great example of how fit-for-purpose healthcare spaces can allow different services to come together under one roof. We look forward to continuing to work with all of the teams here on using great spaces to enhance the patient experience.”
