Assura has now merged with PHP in a transformational combination to create a portfolio of critical healthcare infrastructure assets valued at approximately £6 billion. Whilst the two businesses integrate operations Assura customers can continue to log maintenance jobs via the portal and your main contacts at the company remain unchanged.

We are delighted to announce that we have achieved an EPRA sBPR Gold Award.

The EPRA Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations (sBPR) are intended to raise the standards and consistency of sustainability reporting for listed real estate companies across Europe.

Our first award back in 2019, was Bronze and we have been making continuous improvements since to provide clear and consistent reporting to our stakeholders.

Our Director of Sustainability, Paul Warwick said “This award is a testament to our ongoing commitment to clear and consistent sustainable reporting, having achieved Gold we will be working tirelessly to retain that standard going forward”
