COVID-19 coronavirus: our response
20 Mar 2020

Our GP practice occupiers are on the front line of the NHS response to the coronavirus crisis. Here’s how we’re helping:

  • We’re keeping in close contact on their evolving premises needs and questions, and we’re liaising with colleagues across the health service to offer the support of our team and our portfolio in the emergency response and planning to build capacity for the months ahead.
  • Vacant areas in some of our buildings and land at health sites are being brought into use to help at this time to help with issues such as respiratory care space, testing and overspill parking to support NHS staff
  • Our whole team is working remotely to offer our full service to all our occupiers as normal. We’re here for all urgent building issues and to support on temporary reconfigurations and spaces which may be of assistance to general practice and the wider NHS
  • Of course, we’ve cancelled all routine visits to our medical centre buildings but essential works and inspections will still go ahead to ensure primary care buildings can run effectively at this time
  • We’re exploring ways to support the volunteering response with charity partners.
