Drop-in session for Powys medical centre plans
04 Dec 2019

People in Powys will have the chance to look at, talk through and share their views on plans for a new medical centre for Llanfair Caereinion next week.

We’re joining Powys Teaching Health Board and architects Stride Treglown to share initial designs and concepts for the new centre, which will create a modern space for primary care services by local GPs, nurses, health visitors and therapists as part of Welsh Government’s primary and community care infrastructure programme announced in 2017. The new building will mean patients can access a bigger range of health services in the community, with up to date consultation, treatment, admin and training areas.

At the event at The Institute, Llanfair Caereinion on 10th December from 3.30-7pm, we’re looking forward to hearing views from patients in and around the town on the plans and next steps.
