Assura has now merged with PHP in a transformational combination to create a portfolio of critical healthcare infrastructure assets valued at approximately £6 billion. Whilst the two businesses integrate operations Assura customers can continue to log maintenance jobs via the portal and your main contacts at the company remain unchanged.

Assura was delisted from the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges in October 2025 and certain sections of the website have not been updated since that date. For further information about PHP, the enlarged Group and the transaction please refer to the PHP website www.phpgroup.co.uk

Our new Assura Community Fund has been launched to support local health projects in the communities around our buildings across the UK and will distribute more than £3m over the next five years. It’s now open to applications for a share of £550,000 in initial grants

The fund builds on the work of our Healthy Communities Scheme and is designed to support health-improving work by charities and local groups in the areas around our GP surgery, primary care and treatment centre buildings. It was already planned for launch before the COVID-19 pandemic but has been boosted by a £2.5m donation we announced in April. The fund will be managed for us by Cheshire Community Foundation.

Grants of up to £5,000 are available for activities targeted at improving mental and emotional health and wellbeing, which can include gaining support for life challenges and providing increased activities and opportunities to learn new skills, to enable improved self-confidence, self-esteem and a strong sense of belonging.
