We’ve been shortlisted as a finalist for Estates Gazette’s Social Impact award this year
EG says: “The award is given to companies active in the built environment that use their position and status to deliver a positive impact on society.
“This includes working with communities to tackle societal issues such as modern slavery and homelessness, creating opportunities for growth and learning within local communities and establishing initiatives that recognise, measure and value the importance of people and communities.”
Our work is about far more than return on financial investment. We want to make a real difference through the spaces we create and manage – for everyone who uses them, and for the communities they serve. Through our newly launched social impact strategy, our big goal is that by 2026, six million people will have benefited from improvements to and through our buildings. We’re working to maximise our contribution to society while minimising our impact on the environment.
