2023 a year in review
04 Jan 2024

As we enter a brand-new year, we wanted to take the time to reflect on our 2023 and share our top highlights:

  • Moving to our new head office in Altrincham, bringing to life all the net zero standards we’re pushing to see across health care premises
  • Celebrating 20 years in business
  • Completing our 100th development with a new medical centre in Wolverhampton for over 14,000 patients
  • Reaching completion on our biggest ever asset enhancement project in Wantage to provide more clinical space for two practices as well as making the building more energy efficient
  • Seeing the building work for our new state-of-the-art cancer facility in Guildford finish, the building will make use of the very latest technology when treating patients
  • Continuing our sustainability work including the launch of our Net Zero Carbon Design Guide and forming a consultancy framework for all future developments
  • Getting on-site with our very first Net Zero Carbon development in Fareham (one of eight developments we currently have on-site)
  • Launching a pilot project to retrofit Air Source Heat Pumps into our existing portfolio to help improve the EPC ratings of our buildings
  • Starting three important social impact partnerships
  • Our work with the Bromley by Bow Centre which will see us support and strengthen the ongoing work of the charity whilst it continues to meet the most pressing needs of a community experiencing high levels of deprivation
  • Working with NAVCA to help continue to offer a network which provides a space for people working to build VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) partnerships at system-level
  • Working with Prime PLC to establish the Prime & Assura Healthcare fund to support aspiring healthcare students in partnership with the University of Surrey

We believe 2024 holds just as many exciting opportunities for our business to continue making a difference.
